Timo Werner, a former Chelsea striker, is expected to join Tottenham on a temporary loan from RB Leipzig for the remainder of the season. Manchester United was also interested in the forward.

Due to Manchester United’s indecision, Tottenham was able to quickly close a deal for Timo Werner.

The German forward is about to be moved by the north London side. He will extend his season-long loan from RB Leipzig to Spurs in order to increase Ange Postecoglou’s attacking options.

Should the loan arrangement work out well, Spurs will have the opportunity to sign Werner long-term. Man United is outperformed by their acquisition of the former Chelsea player, as the Red Devils were previously rumored to be interested in the German.

It is now clear why they haven’t tried to take advantage of Spurs’ agreement. It’s unclear what kind of forward the Red Devils want to sign in January, which is why reports from Italy claim they haven’t solidified their interest.

More offensive options are desperately needed by Erik ten Hag’s team to win the rest of the campaign. Man United has only netted 22 goals in 20 games so far this season.

arrival of £72 million Compared to Marcus Rashford, who scored the most goals in the league last season, Rasmus Hojlund has only scored one goal in the Premier League thus far this season.

Last month, Ten Hag jumped to the defense of his forwards. “I know that Rashford, [Rasmus] Hojlund, Antony, Garnacho, Bruno [Fernandes], and Scott McTominay are capable of scoring goals,” the speaker stated.

“We are not currently scoring goals from set plays, but we do have players on our team who are capable of doing so. They must remain united and have confidence in their own abilities.”

The Red Devils will now have to concentrate on other targets because Werner is expected to move to Tottenham. Serhou Guirassy of Stuttgart has been connected to a transfer to Old Trafford in the past following an impressive Bundesliga season debut.

They also have another striker based in Germany as an option. Eric-Maxim Choupo-Moting of Bayern Munich is allegedly amenable to a loan transfer to Old Trafford after slipping in Thomas Tuchel’s hierarchy.

Werner will be looking to return to his goal-scoring ways in North London. In 89 appearances during his previous stint in England with Chelsea, the 27-year-old scored 23 goals.

After returning to RB Leipzig the previous season, he scored 16 goals in his first year of play. He has only scored twice this season and has failed to maintain that great form.

“I have agreed to return back to Arsenal but they must sell this guy…He was the one who joined hand with Kai Havertz and orchestrated everything that led to my departure”: Former Arsenal attacker David de Gea names ONE ex-teammate who frustrated him out of the club

With Martinelli unable to achieve anything substantial, despite his slightly improved performance yesterday, and Emile Smith Rowe progressively recapturing his old form at Fulham, I believe that this question will probably not split many Arsenal supporters at this moment. I believe this since both of these players are currently making progress. The issue that arises is: what was it that Arteta noticed about Martinelli that he did not notice about ESR?

Emile is a much more well-rounded player, with higher technical ability and passing, and anyone who has ever seen football would undoubtedly admit this fact. That he is a better dribbler than Martinelli is another point of contention that may be made. Even a few years ago, Emile shown that he is more than capable of providing goals to this squad when he is cutting in from the left side of the pitch. It is possible that Arteta lost trust in ESR’s capacity to maintain his fitness rather than in his ability to be a member of the squad. Is this a plausible explanation?

Being accessible is perhaps Gabriel Martinelli’s most valuable asset at the moment, much like Ben White is (often) in this situation. Other than that and great straight line speed, he does not appear to offer much else anymore, which is unfortunate because he too showed great promise that has not really materialised into anything other than high-velocity sprints towards the touchline, which typically culminate in an aimless low cross into the box. Additionally, he does not appear to offer much else.

Maarten Paes, who is typically put to the test by Lionel Messi, has admitted that he is not afraid to face the 2026 World Cup qualification opponents.

Although I do not believe that anybody could or should dispute his effort, he is a willing runner both moving forward and going backwards. However, as he is getting closer to the goal, he has a tendency to become tunnel-visioned, which is a bit disappointing. It is a quality that has the potential to make him a deadly striker if he were to ever play that position on a regular basis; yet, as a winger, he has to be able to pick out people who are in a better position, and this is presumably the reason why Arteta switches him out with Trossard so frequently.

My experience with Trossard has been nothing short of exasperating. Despite the fact that he possesses exceptional technical skill and always puts in a shift whenever he is on the pitch, he has never really managed to persuade me that he is of a quality that is sufficient to match the manager’s goals. At one point, I referred to him as a Poundland Eden Hazard, and I continue to believe that description perfectly. What he adds, however, is everything that Martinelli does not have, and the combination of the two of them is basically equivalent to what we had with Emile Smith Rowe: great technical ability paired with speed, dribbling, and an eye for the goal.

And should Arteta have given ESR more time to learn to trust his body again, because the Emile Smith Rowe of 2021/22 was so outstanding that he was perhaps better than Bukayo Saka at that time? Arteta sold the wrong player, and he should have given ESR more time to learn how to trust his body again. I do not feel that Martinelli’s skill set or top-level ceiling is even near to that of Smith Rowe. Trossard is already too old and is as good as he is ever going to be. Martinelli is also not going to grow much better.

In my opinion, it would have been more beneficial for Arteta to keep Smith Rowe and give him the opportunity to play on the left flank, just as he did when he was talented enough to be selected for the England team based on merit. Unfortunately, it seems as though those days are long gone, and even though there is a possibility of a buy-back option, I highly doubt that he would be ready to return to play for a manager that ignored him after he returned from injury, confining him to five-minute cameos in the incorrect position, and then selling him later on.

Breaking News: Marcus Rashford’s dangerous Barcelona transfer gamble as Man Utd star pushes for exit

Marcus Rashford is anticipated to go from Manchester United this month, as the forward is eager to get a loan transfer to Barcelona until the season’s conclusion, following his diminished standing under Ruben Amorim.

Marcus Rashford is willing to wait indefinitely to complete a loan transfer to Barcelona during the January transfer window.

Rashford is poised to depart Manchester United following his dismissal by new manager Ruben Amorim, who stated after his team’s 1-0 victory over Fulham on Sunday that he would prefer to place his 63-year-old goalkeeping coach on the bench rather than the forward.

“We lacked a certain tempo to alter the game and reposition some elements,” Amorim stated. “However, I favour it in that manner.” I would prioritise [Jorge] Vital over a player that does not consistently perform at their best, hence I will not make any changes in that regard.

It is invariably the same rationale. The cause is the training. My perspective on the responsibilities of a footballer in training, daily life, and overall conduct. If circumstances remain unchanged, I will not alter my behaviour. All players face the same circumstances; if you exert maximum effort and adhere to the correct protocols, we can utilise any player.

Rashford has garnered multiple offers from clubs globally; however, the Daily Star reports that he is determined to join Barcelona and is prepared to wait until the closing moments of the transfer window to finalise a move to the Nou Camp.

The 27-year-old’s substantial £350,000-per-week salary has posed a challenge for Barcelona, prompting them to seek the offloading of some players to generate funds for Rashford. Nonetheless, the opportunity for an agreement is diminishing, with the deadline approaching next Monday.

Rashford is reportedly prepared to accept a salary reduction to enable the transfer, and his representatives engaged in in-person discussions with club executives last week. Alejandro Garnacho has been associated with a possible departure this month, with Napoli and Chelsea expressing interest in the winger.

He has commenced United’s previous two matches, but when queried about Garnacho’s future, Amorim responded: “That is unknown to anyone.” Anything is possible; nonetheless, Garna is enhancing his performance in every aspect of the game, including his recovery, game comprehension, and defensive skills.

I am attempting to identify the optimal posture for him. Today, he played more externally rather than predominantly within. We require individuals to compete head-to-head, but the outcome remains uncertain until the conclusion of the timeframe.

TERMS AGREED: Player Agent now in London to finalize deal for sensational £75m striker who gave William Saliba though time last season agreement set to be reached tonight as announcement will be done tomorrow morning if sealed tonight

The player agent is currently in London to finalise the deal for the fantastic striker who is worth £75 million and who provided William Saliba some playing time during the previous season. In the event that the deal is sealed tonight, it is expected to be achieved tonight, and the announcement will be made tomorrow morning.

The Bayer Leverkusen player is considered to be an ideal match for Ruben Amorim’s playing style, and Manchester United are ready to become involved in the competition to get Florian Wirtz during the summer of 2019.The transfer of Florian Wirtz, a great player for Bayer Leverkusen, is reportedly scheduled to be one of Manchester United’s major summer plans, as reported by Fichajes. The Red Devils are eager to bring in players who are a great fit for Ruben Amorim’s style, and the German international is considered as fitting that mould.

It is possible that Manchester United will begin their efforts to construct a team that meets Ruben Amorim’s desired characteristics during the summer transfer window. A unique style of play is utilised by the Portuguese strategist, who employs wing-backs and back threes simultaneously. At the same time, he places a strong focus on the use of playmakers who are capable of scoring goals, and at the moment, he only has Bruno Fernandes in such category.

Therefore, it should not come as a surprise that Amorim wants the club to pursue Florian Wirtz, a superstar player from Germany; nevertheless, other names like as Francisco Trincao and Xavi Simons have also been discussed. The goal here is to bring in a player who is well-known for having played in a system that is compatible with Amorim’s goals and who will be able to fit in immediately.

Given the number of clubs who are interested in signing Wirtz, it is not an easy target by any stretch of the imagination. Since quite some time, Real Madrid has shown an interest in the player, and it is possible that they may make a bid for him during the summer of next year. He has fourteen goals and eleven assists in all competitions this season.

A number of clubs, including Liverpool and Manchester City, are also interested in Wirtz. Manchester City is eyeing him as a potential long-term successor for Kevin De Bruyne. Therefore, Manchester United will have a difficult time luring the great player who has scored 14 goals, especially because they will not be playing in the Champions League.

Will Florian Wirtz be able to join with Manchester United? There is always the possibility that a club like Manchester United may be able to acquire the finest players in the world, and Wirtz is eligible for this opportunity. However, in addition to being able to finance the athlete and paying the appropriate salary, there are a number of other considerations that come into play. For example, they can also be required to demonstrate that they have a desire to compete in sports. There is a high probability that Wirtz will extend his contract with Leverkusen, which means that he will be incredibly expensive to acquire in the summer market.

Under Amorim, Manchester United will have high hopes of becoming a formidable force, and he will instead seek the club’s complete support in the process of constructing the team. On the other hand, given the current state of affairs, it is highly improbable that they will be able to return to the Champions League for the upcoming season. This may have a significant impact on their prospects of acquiring players such as Wirtz.
